What data we process

We process the data you give us through the contact form or by email: name, email address, phone number, the content of your message and any documents you attach. Documents may contain special categories of personal data, which we process only to provide the service you requested.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to prepare a quote and carry out your order. The legal basis is steps prior to entering into a contract and the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), as well as legal obligations such as bookkeeping.

Recipients

Form messages are delivered to our Google Workspace email service. The website is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland, which is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. To carry out an order, documents may be shared with translators, notaries and authorities involved in providing the service you requested.

Retention

Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Order data is kept as long as the law requires.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies and loads no external fonts or scripts.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request rectification or erasure, and object to processing. You can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman. Send requests to info@abc-office.eu.
